Funny how I get what I ask for even when I was thinking of something completely different when I asked. Once the door has been opened it requires twice the energy to shut it. Do you have the courage to face whatever will come through the portal regardless of how pleasing it is to your self image? Did you think that you would somehow be able to control the process, especially when that is what got you here in the first place? Oh, so you didn't mean it when you said that you were on board for the duration. What do you do now that the boat has sailed and you haven't the funds to rent a helicopter back to port and no one is willing to give you the dingy? You could probably swim it if the sharks didn't get you. Do you feel the burning eyes of shady characters on your back when they hear that you are afraid? Oh, so you're not afraid, you just want things back the way they were when you claimed that you were suffering so much pain that you needed change. Logical, emotionally congruent, down right hilarious if you ask me. Are you going to remain frozen in position for long because I really need to get to the galley and check out the food? That ocean sure is cobalt blue and you can't even begin to guess its depth. You know we hadn't seen land for six weeks prior to putting into port to pick you up and I hear tell that that will last the rest of Winter before we touch land again. Are you ready or do you want to jump ship like so many others before you? It's Okay I had to strap myself to the mast the first four months of the voyage.
