Do you want to see so far in advance, that it removes all the mystery and cripples the romance?
Tell them not to waste paper because you know what they got, don't even aim because you're gonna miss the shot.
Why do the puzzle when you know there's a missing piece, always choose war cause their will never be peace?
Don't dance with Alice cause her name is Diane, forget all the people that aren't part of the plan.
Why make more wishes when you know which will come true, don't try to call your Mother because the call won't go through?
Never move to Boston if you're meant for Duquesne, their gonna win the pennant so bring out the champagne.
Don't even bother because he's going to die next year, spend the money on your auto and the time on your career.
Never look back because all that matters is ahead, except for that moment that most of us dread.
Can you peek into eternity the heavens and beyond, is death just a doorway or do you break the bond?
If I can't know it all I don't want to be that wise, I would rather be ecstatic, aroused and surprised.
I guess if I could help others I want to know before, but it voids all the excitement and that's what mystery is for.
