Excitement

Blow back your hair, take a dare, reach for something you otherwise would have avoided.
Trepidatious to say the least, cook a wonderful feast, rejoice at the gifts available to us all. What great boulevards lie ahead of you promising new cities, dreams and friendships. Yes, friendships and caring relationships with other people you may not have previously known or would never have met had you not made the choice to follow your heart. Scared, I'm certain? Books and new things to take apart and figure out or have someone explain to you. Mountains, streams, clouds and plants of all types leading up to homes of people that will show you different ways to live. Do you fear loss of identity? Are you stuck where you are? Do you like the way your furniture is positioned just right that if it were moved you would get a bit crazy? Can you embrace the unknown, welcoming it into your life with all of its uniqueness? Sometimes I can only manage an upset stomach, full of butterflies when I think of leaving the known behind, losing sight of the shore. Then when I feel the wind in my face and see the gathering clouds chasing the sun to the horizon, I feel the excitement begin. I pray for a full life of new and challenging experiences for us all.
