Control your grip

Often you will wish for something and forget to leave out the most important part of your prayer, or better. We are limited in our imagination and so when asking for things we should always remember that God has the power to answer your needs greater than you can ever imagine.

Men, do you find yourself bored and tired with the current set up in your life. Women, do you find yourself missing the passion or security that would make your life complete. These are indications that you failed to see, pay attention to or just plain ignored the signs along life's roadway pointing toward the fulfilling life you for which you were designed.

Try as I might the only thing that comes to mind right off is a golf metaphor, which may not work for everyone. When you try and swing hard at a ball on the tee you hook the ball off to the left in the woods and when you try to swing too soft you invariably make the ball curve off to the right and end up in the pond. Everyone knows that one friend who comes up to the tee and just hits it without thinking and he/she always manages to make the ball sail right down the fairway. That is because they are doing things naturally after seeing the signs of hitting too hard/left or too soft/right and made adjustments to be natural, comfortable and on target.

Men it is not your fault, because you were told like me to surpress the intuitive/emotional skills that you naturally possess and are absolutely necessary to recognizing the signs you have been given. Something as simple as someone's name or number popping into your head for no apparent reason are the type of things we should recognize. Because we were taught to live by numbers, logic and hunting for today's needs you gloss over calling the person that may be the answer to your natural space.

Women, for you it is the opposite, because you naturally use your gut and your emotions as guide you don't see the bold face print in front of you, overlooking it for that thing that makes the hair stand up on the back of your neck. We have been limited by the teachings of societal values and are naturally gifted beyond what is currently offered for our lives. All the signs are there, sure you may have to supply the willingness and courage to take the leap when the opportunity presents itself, but at least you will have a choice. Watch for those things that are outside the norm in your life and you will find the doors leading to the adventure and passion beyond what you've dreamt. Look for the signs.
